[Corpora-List] Linguistic French ressources

Hi,

I am working on text summarization. I would need to
parse the extracted sentences (french texts).

Does anybody know about french ressources (syntactic
dictionary, French verb classes and subcategories,
lexical database, tagged corpus, syntactic parser) one
could use free of charge ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
