OTHER would be our answer. Cambridge has recently begun to use an online database compilation system created by dataformat.com <http://www.dataformat.com/> which employs XMetaL as its text editor. It's an amazingly versatile system that allows for online access by editors anywhere in the world, and because the titles are compiled in XML, it's easy to create CD-ROMs and to convert to Quark for print editions.
We use corpus software created by our own systems developers.
