[Corpora-List] Full Text MP3 Searching

I have a large collection (> 1000 hours, though not all digitized yet) of
recorded speeches in MP3 and Wav format that I would like to provide some
robust searching algorithms over. Does someone know of a good/medium quality
(maybe 80-90% accuracy) speech to text software or other tool that I can use to
index and search audio files.
