[Corpora-List] stemmer binary for windows?

Hi Matt,

You can download a Java toolkit containing a English stemmer from webpage:
http://www.lancs.ac.uk/staff/piaosl/research/download/download.htm

Follow the instruction to start the window user interface, then go to the menu
"LexTools", then go to the sub-menu "Extended Porter's Stemmer".
