[Corpora-List] High Frequent Given Names & Surnames

Hi,

Can anyone point me to a source for high frequent (e.g., top 100+) surnames
for Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK? In addition, I am similarly looking
for high frequent first names for each of these countries as well as France.
