[Corpora-List] CoNLL-2002 data sets....

Hi everyone!
I'm new on the list,  I'm a Ph.D. student in the Computer Science
Department at the Instituto Nacional de Astrofísica, Óptica y
Electrónica, Puebla, México.
I have this question for the list: does any of you know if the data sets
of the CoNLL-2002 are available for research purposes? I'm working on
NER for spanish, and  I've done some experiments with our very little
data sets, so I was wondering if I can use the CoNLL-2002 data sets.
