[Corpora-List] QTAG

Hello

I'm having trouble creating a resource file for QTAG
(http://web.bham.ac.uk/O.Mason/software/tagger/).
The command is:

java qtag.ResourceCreator my-input-corpus basename-of-output

When I try the following (in Windows 98)

C:\qtag-3.1>java qtag.ResourceCreator mytaggedcorpus.txt portuguese

I get the following error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: qtag/ResourceCreator

The same happens in Mac OS X.

Does anybody have any tips? (I haven't been able to contact the author)
