[Corpora-List] Multilingual Text Generation/Knowledge Management

Dear all, 

I’d like to ask for your help again. 

I’m a bit confused with the relationship between these two terms: 
Multilingual text generation and multilingual knowledge management, and 
specially with the later. 

Can these terms be synonyms in any way? Is knowledge management a 
previous step to multilingual text generation? 

Any comment or suggestion will be more than welcomed. 

Thanks in advance, and sorry for mu "studenty" kind of questions.
