[Corpora-List] Headword Percolation Rules

Hi, dear corpora members,
   I am working on head annotating the Penn Tree Bank corpus.
   The only headword percolation rules I could find are from C. Chelba,
1997 and M. Collins, 1999, which are the modifications of the "Magnerman
& Black Headword Percolation Rules".
   I really want to know if there are some more refined and improved
headword percolation rules available.
