Dear Colleagues,

Some time ago I came across a site of Verbal Collocations but failed to copy its
URL. It is being put together by some scholar who even asked for contributions.

Does anyone happen to know what I am talking about? Would you know the name of
the scholar or have any pointers that would help me locate the site?
