I used:

Alison Wray (2002) Formulaic language  and the lexicon. Cambridge University
Press


I apologize to all CORPORA colleagues: for family reasons I haven't managed
to write up the summary of the FSs/MWUs/prefabs responses. I only got  a
dozen or so replies but I think that's just as well as they are so varied
and layered. It's probably as much as I can handle. Will send it in soon.
