[Corpora-List] comma checker; punctuation checker

Dear all:
  Since there is a question about punctuation in the list, we would like to
seize the opportunity to get some information related to this area.
  In the IXA research group ( http://ixa.si.ehu.es ), we are working on a
grammar checker for Basque. One of the modules of the grammar checker is
the puntuaction checker, and more specifically the comma checker. In fact,
nowadays, we are working on a comma checker using some machine learning
approaches. However, we are interested in all kind of approaches to build
a comma checker (not necesarily using machine learning techniques).Do you
know any?
