[Corpora-List] Freely available phrase-based translation models?

  I would suggest the SMT phrase-based toolkit (by Philipp
Koehn)
provided by the University of Edinburgh, which is available at
the
NAACL'06 SMT workshop shared-task
website:

it is fully compatible with pharaoh,
