[Corpora-List] Grep for Windows

Mark's original comment and Dragomir's response suggests that the
cygwin tools can only be used with the cygwin shell, which isn't true.
ALL the cygwin tools I know of run just fine as windows apps. (They
use a common dll which does all the magic...)
