[Corpora-List] Corpora of categorized answers to open-ended questions

I have started working on a project for text retrieval and classification 
of short responses to open-ended quesionnaires and I need several data sets 
of answers with the category in which they had been categorized (for training)

Does anybody knows where I can get this kind of data set?
