[Corpora-List] Romanian tagger/parser

Hello,

I am writing on behalf of the VISL project at the University of Southern 
Denmark.

In connection with a Ph.D. project, we would like to add Romanian to our 
mulitlingual corpus site (http://corp.hum.sdu.dk), and are looking for a 
publicly available tagger and/or parser for Romanian to enable 
grammatically specified searches. Both rule based or probabilistic 
systems will do, a parameter file or in the very least a morphological 
analyzer & computational lexicon allowing us to develop something from 
scratch.
