[Corpora-List] Parsing Tool

Hi all colleagues 
   
  Do you know any tool with GUI can do text parsing and show the tree view for treebank files?
  Since I tried using WordFreak tool but it couldn't open Arabic treebank files like *.sgm , *.tree  !!
  it only opened text files as new files which should need applying the annotation process from the beginning
