[Corpora-List] free clause splitter for english

Hello,

I'm searching for a free clause splitter for english (and for linux :), 
but I didn't find one.

For instance the program should cut the following sentence like this :

"I wonder / what he said to the little girl / who was sitting next to 
the window."
