[Corpora-List] medical corpora

Hallo

I am looking for English Medical corpora, both of written texts - e.g. specialised journal articles - and spoken interaction - e.g.doctor/patient - for my thesis, which is about the analysis of the transalation strategies used in the translation of the sit-com "House - MEdical Division" from English to Italian.

Do you know about any corpora of this kind available online (or any other material that could turn out to be useful for my work?)
