[Corpora-List] Translation Dictionaries

Hi,

i'm looking for translation dictionaries for the language pairs
English-Portuguese, English-German, German-Portuguese for a research
project.

Ideally these would be hand made/checked, even if the coverage is not so
great. But anything might be helpful and any help will be apreciated.
