[Corpora-List] Converting Praat files to text files

Dear list members,

In a current corpus project, we are using Praat as transcription tool 
for spoken language recordings and "The Transformer" 
(www.oliverehmer.de/transformer) to export Praat's text-grid files to 
text files. However, "Transformer" seems not to run well on some older 
Windows computers with operating systems below Windows XP.

Are there any alternative tools for converting text-grid to text files, 
preferably available free of charge?
