The VISL project has a search interface for a number of annotated Esperanto corpora at http://corp.hum.sdu.dk (18 million words)
For Latin we have only teaching treebanks, and they are not so big: http://beta.visl.sdu.dk (Vatican flag), or http://visl.sdu.dk/visl/la/parsing/nonautomatic/treebank.php (direct link).
