1 Postdoctoral research position

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research position funded
by the Research Program "Isidro Parga Pondal" (Xunta de Galicia,
Regional Government of Galicia, Spain), a program designed to
incorporate PhD graduates to the Galician research system.

Profile of the candidate:
Corpus linguistics, computational linguistics and/or language engineering.

Host institution:
Department of Spanish language, University of Santiago de Compostela
(http://www.usc.es).

Candidate requirements: 
- PhD degree obtained after 1998,
- 24 months, at least, of post-doctoral experience.

Payment: 
36.000 euro/year (which includes both net income + taxes,
around 28.000 euro, and social costs of the university).

Duration: 
3 years, extendable to 5 years.
