The University of Edinburgh's Information Extraction group is pleased
to announce the first official release of LT-TTT2. This release is a
major reworking of our XML-based text processing tools and is built
around the LT-XML2 programs. The distribution includes NLP components
for a variety of text processing tasks such as tokenisation,
sentence-splitting and chunking as well as an example rule-based named
entity recogniser. Also included are wrappers for the C&C
part-of-speech tagger and the morpha lemmatiser. Documentation and a
tutorial are provided on the website.
