[Corpora-List] Alternate URL for "Phrases in English" site

Dear Colleagues,

My BNC-based "Phrases in English" (PIE) site http://pie.usna.edu/ has not
been accessible from outside USNA for the past week.  As a work-around I
have set up two proxy sites:
  http://www.usna.edu/PIE/ (faster)
  http://phrasesinenglish.org/ (if previous link not accessible)
These links will remain valid when access to the principal URL has been
restored.

PIE has interactive databases which provide statistics on word-forms and
phrases up to 8 words in length. It also offers several tools to explore
phraseological patterns (phrase-frames) as well as distributions of
parts-of-speech (PoS-grams) and letters (chargrams). 

Please accept my sincere apology for any disruption in your research this
inaccessibility has caused.
