[Corpora-List] inter-annotator agreement

Hello,

Does anyone know of any references about measuring inter-annotator
agreement?  I'm looking for more than just a tutorial on kappa:  rather,
I'm interested in reading about what measures are out there, when each
one makes sense, and how to interpret the results.
