[Corpora-List] Using Medline

  Hello All,


 My name is Oana Frunza, i am a PhD. student at University of Ottawa,
Canada and I have a question regarding Medline.

Are there any efficient tools that can be used to parse (especially search
for a certain token) the .xml file collection of a local copy of Medline?
I saw some tools that can transform the corpus in SQL table/s, is this a
suitable solution to work with the data?
