As you already appear to be a Yahoo user, your best bet would be to create a
Yahoo Groups forum http://groups.yahoo.com/
the JISCMAIL listservs are also a popular option, but they are primarily
intended for UK-based academics and institutions; see
http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/mailinglists/startlist.htm
If you're feeling more adventurous, you could set up a Wiki; see
http://pbwiki.com/education.wiki ...but it's probably best to keep things
simple if you're just starting out.
