maybe you'd like to give MMAX2 a try (mmax2.sourceforge.net). It is configurable for many different types of annotation (and it's open source).

Dear Members,

Have you ever tried WordFreak, a tool for annotation? It does not work so well.I can't see and view the annotated file after I click the botton for tagging. Do you know other useful annotation tool?
