Can the papers regarding the computational lingustics of languages other than English, such as Urdu or Pashto, be sent to the said journal?

Proposals for papers would be most welcome for volume 6 (2009) of ESP Across Cultures. The deadline for submitting an abstract of 250-300 words is 15 July 2008, with delivery of the completed paper by 31 December 2008. Abstracts, papers and enquiries regarding the volume should be sent by e-mail to the Editors:
