[Corpora-List] PP attachement

Starting with 0.9, NLTK started to bundle corpora along with other
data such as tokenizers etc. and it now
has the data download which you can find here:

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/nltk/nltk-data-0.9.2.zip

You can also find detailed instructions for installing it on the
Installation page:
