I guess there will be other corpora, which may be more useful, but for  
starters, you can take a look at the OPUS corpus:

http://urd.let.rug.nl/tiedeman/OPUS/

Specifically, I think that the OO, OpenSubs, KDE, KDEdoc and PHP  
corpora contain En-Ru samples.
