hi Hajji,
      Maybe you can treat xml file as txt file directly, just using
some common file reader in your program. In this way, you will use
regular expression a lot or program with more functions like "find"
and "substring". Or you should use some xml parser for fetching some
special information and saving into txt file. I feel there is not
general converter for xml to txt.
      Anyway, using xml parser for reading and writing xml files is
very convenient and efficient for programmers.
