[Corpora-List] Designing self-paced reading experiment

A tool called Linger is used quite often for self-paced reading
experiments.  It's available here: http://tedlab.mit.edu/~dr/Linger/
It's got everything you need to set up the experiments and even
perform rudimentary data analysis.
