Unitex is a non-authorized copy of a free software named INTEX; it has not
been "designed". See:

http://intex.univ-fcomte.fr (click Unitex) for information on INTEX/Unitex
same functionalities, linguistic resources, manual, program names, file
formats, etc.

Shame on those who do not respect academic researchers' original work.

... Or you can try NooJ, which is a much more recent original software and
uses a much more powerful linguistic engine than INTEX/Unitex.

Hello,
you can try Unitex. It has been designed to work with large files (>600
megabytes), it works in Unicode and it's an open source and multiplatform
software:
