It might also be noted that the competition has an age limit: max 25
years old. This limitation is only apparent when you read through to the
end of the regulations (though to be fair the link to the flag comp from
the museum's home page says " Under 25? Enter the International Flag of
Language Design Contest!")

Just wasted half an hour on my entry!
