To specify my request further:

I am preparing my master thesis at the Fraunhofer Institute SCAI about
recognition of disease and/or traditional Chinese medicine terms in
Chinese texts. Therefore I am looking for Chinese terminology as well as
for software which can be used for dictionary based named entity
recognition in Chinese text.
