[Corpora-List] US-to-UK spelling transformation

Hello,

I have been looking for resources for automatic US-to-UK spelling
transformation. Is there any tool out there that can do this? If not, I
appreciate pointers to a fairly comprehensive set of rules that can help in
accomplishing this.
