Submission Procedure:
=====================
Prospective authors are invited to submit the electronic version of their full paper (i.e. PS, PDF, MSWord) on the conference web site. Papers are limited to 8 pages and should follow the instructions regarding the paper format available at http://www.cs.ubbcluj.ro/kept2009/Style/Style.zip
where files with the formatting styles can be downloaded. All papers will be handled electronically by using the online submission system http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=kept2009. We will follow rigorous reviewing process. Submission of a paper should be regarded as assurance that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present it. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. For further information please check the conference web site http://www.cs.ubbcluj.ro/kept2009.
