[Corpora-List] Orthoepic resources and English syllables

Hello,

I have two questions:
1. I wonder where I can get orthoepic resources. For instance, a list of 
words containing information on how difficult/easy these words are to 
pronounce.

2. Does anybody know the list of the most frequently used syllables of 
the English language?
