[Corpora-List] New function on LexChecker corpus search service

Today we added a new function to LexChecker <http://www.lexchecker.org>, our
web-based English corpus query service (http://www.lexchecker.org).
LexChecker now accepts multiword queries.

LexChecker is a corpus search tool developed at National Central University
in Taiwan and has been designed specifically to retrieve multiword chunks or
patterns that the query word is conventionally used in. We use our licensed
and re-indexed version of BNC <http://www.natcorp.ox.ac.uk/>. Now, in
addition to returning chunks for single-word queries (for example, providing
*safe and sound* etc. for the query word
*sound*<http://www.lexchecker.org/termquery.php?query=sound>),
LexChecker shows chunks that contain more than one query word. For example,
entering *how spell*<http://www.lexchecker.org/termquery.php?query=how+spell>as
a query will return
*how do you spell* as one of the chunks listed in response. Our apologies in
advance that the response time for multiword queries is markedly slower than
it is for single-word queries now, but this we plan to remedy in updates in
the near future.
