Marion, the LDD I'm working from (grabbed from SP this morning) says filename should be:

LS_BrazilianPortuguese_Supporting_TLXObjectInfo.xlsx

In section 2.2, in your language-specific LDDs, there's the mandatory supporting file.
Please just paste this text in for your language, verbatim, just replace the language name:

*         LS_BrazilianPortuguese_TLXObjectInfo.xlsx: Spreadsheet containing property descriptions from template lexicon and generated by using the ExportObjectProperties tool.
