[Corpora-List] Open-source French syntactic parser???

According to http://2009.rmll.info/IMG/pdf/RMLL2009-Sciences-Sebastien_Paumier-LGPLLR.pdf
, the HPSG FRoG is under the LGPLLR (open source) licence.

http://led.loria.fr/en_outils.php#114 has some contact info, but I
don't see how you download (let alone contribute to) the project.
