[Corpora-List] IceNLP is now open source

Dear Colleagues.

IceNLP, a natural language processing tool-kit for analysing and
processing the Icelandic language, has just recently been made open
source; see http://sourceforge.net/projects/icenlp/

The toolkit is implemented in Java. Currently, it consists of a
tokeniser and a sentence segmentiser, a morphological analyser, a
lemmatiser, a linguistic rule-based tagger, an HMM tagger, and a
finite-state parser.
