Hi Mario and others,

Another  candidate would be the NITE XML Toolkit
http://groups.inf.ed.ac.uk/nxt/index.shtml

Someone who knows Java can easily and quickly develop customized  
annotation tools for pretty much any linguistic purpose.  In our  
project we made several tools for various aspects of dialogue  
annotation, which we could share if anyone is interested.
