[Corpora-List] Textual data set and its reference list

Dear all,

I pretend to extract terms from a data set in spanish. So, I need to use a list 
of terms with some evaluation measures (precision, recall, etc..) in order to 
compare it with the list of terms extracted by me. I would like to know if 
anyone has or knows where I can find a textual data set and its reference 
list (made by a domain expert).
