Hi Muhammad,
If you have access to POS tagged and lemmatized English training data
(such as e.g. the BNC), you could train Morfette
<http://sites.google.com/site/morfetteweb/>. Given a corpus of
sentences annotated with lemmas and part of speech labels, and
optionally a lexicon, Morfette learns how to analyse new sentences.
