Hi Alexandr,

do you mean just any ontology which can be open by Protege 4 or some 
specific domain ontology?

As a hint, when you run Protege4 you'll see an option "open ontology 
from URI". There are already some links of available ontologies that you 
can browse through protege or you can also save them and browse them 
offline as well.

I'm attaching an ontology for boookmarks available online here
