[Corpora-List] Relation-Corpora

Dear list members,

I'm looking for different corpora describing arbitrary relationships 
between entities. I'm working on the bio-domain, e.g. protein<->protein, 
gene<->disease and so on. Therefore I know only such corpora, but I'm 
not restricted to the bio-domain.

Maybe somebody could give me a pointer to other well established 
relationship corpora. Domains with more than one corpus would be most 
interesting, as I'm also interested in cross-corpus studies.
