[Corpora-List] List of most frequent affixes in English

Dears,

I'm looking for a list of common affixes in English. Actually, I want to see
either suffixes are more frequent or prefixes. I suppose the answer to be
the suffixes because of the vast use of inflectional suffixes for verbs. Is
there any official statistics available on this topic?
